Project Overview

Cladding facade and exterior signage cleaning at the Al-Mousi Submersible Pumps building and its adjoining shops in Riyadh. The work covered the cladding panels and the joints between them along with the building's external signs, and was completed within one working day without halting the facility's activity.

Challenge

Building height, dust build-up from its position on a main road, and the facility remaining in operation throughout the work.

Solution

A vehicle-mounted lift for safe access across the full facade height, with materials safe for the cladding coating, and the work scheduled before the facility's operating hours began.
