Stone and marble are porous, and that makes cleaning them fundamentally different from glass or cladding. The most common problem on Riyadh facades is efflorescence — salts migrating out of the stone with moisture and leaving a white bloom on the surface. Washing it with water alone dissolves it temporarily and it returns more visibly than before.

We start by identifying the stone type and the nature of the soiling, because what suits polished marble is not what suits rough natural stone. Material and pressure are then selected accordingly. Careless high pressure opens the pores of the stone, which then soils faster afterwards, and it can wash out the pointing between panels.

We treat efflorescence, calcium deposits, rain tracking and organic staining, and we clean the joints, which usually carry the most visible dirt lines. Where the underlying problem is deeper than cleaning — failed pointing, or internal moisture that will simply regenerate the salts — we say so, rather than selling a clean that everyone knows will not last.

We work in Riyadh only, at any height, using whichever access method suits the building.

Frequently Asked Questions

What causes the white bloom on a stone facade?
It is efflorescence — salts migrating out of the stone with moisture and crystallising on the surface. It needs specific materials; washing with water alone brings it back more strongly.
Does high pressure damage stone?
Yes, if used without judgement. It opens the pores so the stone soils faster, and it can wash out the pointing. We use controlled pressure matched to the stone type.
Do you clean both marble and natural stone?
Yes, but with different materials and methods for each. We determine this at inspection before work begins.
How is safety managed during the work?
We work with rope access, suspended cradles, boom lifts and scaffolding, and select the method based on building height and site conditions. The working area below is secured and kept clear of pedestrians throughout.
How do I get a quote?
Site inspection and quotation are free. Send us a photo of the facade and the approximate building height by phone or WhatsApp and we will send a clear quote before any work starts.
