Facade Maintenance Contracts

Occasional cleaning fixes appearance only temporarily. In Riyadh’s climate a facade returns to its previous state within weeks, accumulated soiling becomes harder to remove the longer it is left, and some staining sets permanently if ignored for long enough.

A recurring contract addresses that: an agreed fixed schedule, a price known in advance, and regular visits that hold a consistent standard instead of a cycle of decline and recovery. We offer four frequencies — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual — and agree the right one with you based on facade type, building location and dust exposure.

Buildings near highways or construction sites need a shorter cycle; buildings in quieter districts are often well served by semi-annual cleaning. We say which applies at inspection rather than selling a higher frequency than you need.

Contract clients get scheduling priority, and after each visit we record any observations on the facade’s condition — damaged pointing, signs of water ingress, early oxidation — so they can be dealt with before they become a larger cost.
