Glass Facade Cleaning

Glass shows dirt faster than any other facade material. In Riyadh it collects dust and sandstorm residue, and ordinary washing water leaves visible mineral spotting as it dries in the sun — leaving a building looking neglected even when it is new.

We clean glass facades for towers, offices, shops and commercial premises across Riyadh. Every job starts with an inspection to establish the type of soiling, the building height and the appropriate access method. Cleaning then runs top-down in stages so that finished sections are not re-soiled by the work above them.

We operate four access methods and choose between them per building: rope access, suspended cradle, boom or scissor lift, and scaffolding. That means we work at any height, from the first floor to the top floor, rather than forcing a single method onto every site.

Our materials are safe for glass and for the surrounding aluminium frames and silicone seals. We do not use abrasive tools that leave fine scratches which show up later under direct light. Frames and lower channels are cleaned as well — leaving them dirty simply re-soils the glass with the first rain.

We work within Riyadh only, and can execute outside business hours for premises that cannot afford disruption.
