Cladding (ACP) Facade Cleaning

Cladding looks robust, but its protective surface coating is highly sensitive to how it is cleaned. Aggressive chemicals, stiff brushes or direct high-pressure water strip that coating: the colour fades and the panel then attracts dust faster than before. The damage is cumulative and cannot be reversed by further cleaning.

We treat cladding with pH-neutral materials, soft tooling and controlled water pressure that does not force water into the panel joints. Dry dust is removed first so it cannot act as an abrasive during washing, then we address oily marks, rain tracking and accumulated salts.

We clean the joints and silicone between panels as well. That is where dust collects and leaves the dark vertical streaking that spoils the appearance of an otherwise clean facade. Where surface oxidation has started on aluminium, we treat it according to the condition found at inspection.

We work at any height using rope access, cradle, boom lift or scaffolding, We operate within Riyadh, Al-Kharj, and Diriyah, serving the entire Riyadh region..
