Rope access is the practical way to clean tall buildings and the parts of a facade that cradles and lifts cannot reach — tight corners, internal elevations and the confined gaps between adjacent buildings.

Its main advantage is that it needs no scaffolding. Scaffolding takes days to erect and dismantle, occupies the ground in front of the building, and sometimes blocks entrances and shop units. Rope access can start the same day, finishes faster, and costs less on tall buildings.

Our team is trained in rope access systems and safety equipment. The ground below the working area is secured for the duration and kept clear of pedestrians, and anchor points are selected appropriately and checked before each working day.

Rope access is not always the right answer — some buildings suit a boom lift or a cradle better. We operate all four methods, so we choose what actually fits the building rather than forcing one approach onto every site. We work in Riyadh only, at any height from the first floor to the top.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between rope access and scaffolding?
Scaffolding takes days to erect and dismantle and occupies ground space. Rope access starts the same day, finishes faster and costs less on tall buildings — though scaffolding remains better suited to work that needs long periods at a single point.
Is rope access safe?
Yes, when carried out by a trained team with sound equipment. We check anchor points before each working day and secure the area below, keeping pedestrians clear.
Does the building need to close during the work?
No. The building continues operating normally. We secure only the area directly below the working zone and move it as the work progresses.
What height can you work at?
Any height, from the first floor to the top floor. We operate four different access methods and choose between them according to the building.
How do I get a quote?
Site inspection and quotation are free. Send us a photo of the facade and the approximate building height by phone or WhatsApp and we will send a clear quote before any work starts.
